Marketing has always been in my blood. Since a young child, I have been involved in several projects which owned my skills. From selling Girl Scout Cookies to creating full rebrands from companies- if it could be done, I did it!
In 2017 I graduated from Towson University with a BA in Mass Communications/ Public Relations and minor in Advertising. Since then my goal has been to help companies take their marketing visions and making them a reality.
I started LilliMint Communications in November 2018 and have been working with an array of clients. I want to take on companies that need just a bit of extra help with their marketing, social media and HR services, but do not need someone on their payroll.
If you think it is too hard, think again. Realize that everything is possible as long as you and your team can visualize it.

Let me take the stress out of maintaining your companies social media platforms. I can create content/posts, respond to questions and make sure everything is up-to-date on platforms through a META based solution. These platforms can include your website, LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TIKTOK and more.
For smaller companies it can be a hassle to find new employees, create handbooks, and make sure your company stays compliant with the ever changing rules. I can help take some of that burden off- I can create job posts, review resumes, schedule interviews, maintain compliance, work with payroll and much more.
If your company needs any administration help such I can help. This would be done remotely, but still in an efficient manner.
